Valves and instruments for power generation
Boiler, feedwater and cooling water circuits run hot and continuously. Valves have to hold tight for years between outages, and gauges have to stay readable.

- Long service between outages
What makes this service hard
The conditions that decide which valve, material and seal will last.
Steam service
Globe valves regulate steam reliably; gate valves isolate. Using the wrong one wastes energy or destroys seats.
Water hammer
Dual-plate check valves close quickly and help reduce water hammer on pump discharge lines.
Gauge life
Steam gauges need siphons; pump-side gauges need snubbers or liquid filling. Without them, gauges fail early.

Do you supply valves for high-pressure steam?
Yes, cast and forged steel gate, globe and check valves in Class 300 to 1500. Tell us the steam pressure and temperature.
Can you supply gauges and siphons together?
Yes. We quote the gauge, siphon and isolation valve together so the whole assembly matches.
